Daily rate (7:30-18:30): £40

Morning rate (7:30-12:30): £20

Afternoon rate (13:00-18:30): £22

Extra hour in morning (6:30-7:30): £4

Late pick ups charged at £3 per 15 minutes and is added to next bill.

PRICES FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN:

TERM TIME

Morning rate (7:30 until dropped off at school): £8

Afternoon rate: Pick up then £4 an hour, minimum of 2 hours.

Extra hour in the morning (6:30-7:30): £4

HOLIDAY TIME

Daily rate (7:30-18:30): £40

An hourly rate of £4 may be available. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.

SICKNESS/HOLIDAY

Unfortunately I cannot care for a child if he/she is suffering from diarrhoea or sickness. I cannot take a child for at least 48 hours after their last bout of diarrhoea or sickness (other sicknesses will be in policies and procedures).

In the event of a child being absent, payment will still be required for their booked sessions.

In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances make me unable to provide childcare then a full refund will be given.

DAYS I AM NOT AVAILABLE

Bank holidays

Second Easter week (Tuesday after Bank Holiday Monday until Friday)

Last 2 weeks of the end of the summer holiday.

2 weeks for Christmas/ New Year break.

Payment will not be required for these days.

Making Changes To Bookings

After the starting date of the childcare arrangements, you must give me 1 month prior written or email notice if you wish to cancel, or any permanent changes to your childcare arrangements with myself (Charlene Childminder).

Collection of Your Child

Only the persons listed on the contact details section can collect your child from me (Charlene Childminder). If they are unknown to myself they will need to bring ID and password. Parent/carers will need to contact me to inform me about the arrangement.
